3. Products and intended use
Our products are sold for **lawful indoor and hydroponic gardening** — growing herbs, vegetables, fruit, and ornamental plants. You are responsible for using our products lawfully and in accordance with all applicable laws and manufacturer instructions. We are not liable for any unlawful or unintended use of products purchased from us.
4. Pricing and GST
- All prices are listed in **Australian Dollars (AUD)** and, where applicable, **include GST**.
- We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; changes won't affect orders already accepted.
5. Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or dispatch your goods.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we're unable to ship to your location. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled after **2 days**.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely; payment details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers. Title to goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our **Shipping & Delivery Policy**. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please provide an accurate delivery address — we're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.
8. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that **cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law**. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in line with our **Refund Policy** and **Returns & Exchange Policy**.

We take care to describe and picture products accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, colours, or other content are completely error-free. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
